A magazine freebie again. I used kindyglitz to unite all the elements and the chipboard pieces are layered and popped up to provide dimension. The ribbon was stuck across the card first and the bow tied separately and secured with a glue dot.

Other - chipboard motifs from magazine, Kindyglitz, pink ribbon from Spotlight
Adhesive - dimensionals, foam squares, sticky strip, glue dots
