Blue and Green ....

When I was growing up there was this fashion advice (it was the 60's!) that "blue and green should never be seen without another colour in-between". Who knows why and really it was crap advice as the folowwing cards show.  Blue and green go great together (just ask Mother Nature!).

They both use the coloring by marker technique.  This first card I then went on to add subtle chalk shading.  The image is fussy cut and popped up on the blue panel.  After mounting this on the green it was then popped up on the card front
Supplies:
Card -
Paper - kiwi kiss, whisper white and marina mist c/s from SU, unknown DSP
Stamp - All Night Media 990J15
Ink - Tombow markers and generic chalks
Other - Kaisercraft mid-blue rhinestones, marina mist ribbon from SU
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, dimensionals, glue dots

This one uses the same method of colouring before stamping but no chalks. Again the image is fussy cut and popped uo on the c/s. After layering this panel is popped up on the card front.

Supplies:
Card -
Paper - marina mist, whisper white and old olive from SU, unknown DSP ( magazine freebie I think)
Stamp - PSX F-1735
Ink - Tombow markers
Tools - corner rounder
Other - old olive ribbon from SU, Kaisercraft aqua paper rose, Kaisercraft mint rhinestones
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, dimensionals, large zot

P.s It's raining (again) here so I guess (arm twist) I shall just have to spend the day crafting!

Happy crafting!
Cheers
Susie
