Link (as promised) and a box

Well not a link as such -  but rather an address.  The place for the origami cube tutorial is www.origami instructions.com  My daughter then just searched for cube.

Here's another box - a 3 x 3.  I tried a new technique on this one. I coloured the stamped images with chalks then covered them with crystal effects.  They look like little enamelled tiles.  I like the effect and will do some more experimenting with it and brighter colours.  The box base is stamped and sponged and the edge of the lid is sponged and trimmed with crochet lace and 1/8" grosgrain ribbon.  The tiles were adhered with dimensionals.

Supplies:
Paper - (tiles) cream marle c/s from stash, (box) old olive c/s, (lid) ridinghood red c/s both from SU
Stamp - Unknown for tiles, "french foliage" from SU for the box base
Ink - chocolate chip from SU, chalks from SU
Tools - Martha Stewart scoreboard, sponge dauber
Other - crochet trim and old olive ribbon from SU, crystal effects
Adhesive - sticky strip, dimensionals

Happy crafting!
Cheers
Susie
