Christmas pair

It's that time of year when all thoughts turn to Christmas (in my head at least!). I went to Stamp and Scrap club yesterday and spent a couple of very enjoyable hours just playing and chatting (see Paper Lady blog on side bar for details).  I made a few cards as well - bonus!  This is two of them. The first is slightly non-traditional and the second is very traditional. In the first card I created the background by inking up the stamp then stamping off twice before applying it to the card stock. Two of the ornaments are popped.

Supplies:
Paper - whisper white and crumb cake c/s from SU, gold metallic from SU
Stamp - "contempo christmas', "delightful decorations' and "snow swirled" all from SU
Ink - cherry cobbler from SU
Tools - ornament punch from SU, small scallop scissors,2mm hole punch
Other - gold cord and buttons from stash
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, dimensionals

This is the more traditional offering!  Again two of the ornaments are popped.  The little red things are popped too.  The little red things are fussy cut.

Supplies:
Paper - whisper white and old olive c/s from SU, gold metallic from SU
Stamp - "delightful decorations" from SU
Ink - old olive and poppy parade from SU
Tools - ornament punch from SU, Cuttlebug, "snowflake" embossing folder, small scallop scissors, 2mm hole punch
Other - gold cord from stash
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, dimensionals

Will share some more tomorrow.  Hopefully the cat isn't asleep on my chair so I can do some more crafting.  I feel in a box making mood!

Happy crafting!
Cheers
Susie
