bits and pieces

No particular theme to todays post.  I was just playing around with my patterned paper stash.

The first card uses SU paper "cottage garden" - one of my favourites!  Unfortunately it is no longer available but I must curb my urge to "hoard" and keep using it!

Supplies:

Card -
Paper: dark purple card stock (from stash), mauve card stock (from stash), SU "cottage garden"
Stamp - SU  "Happy Everything"
Ink - SU elegant eggplant
Tools - Creative memories square maker, SU scalloped square, Fiskars "threading water" border punch
Other - Old olive ribbon from SU and pink pearls from Kaisercraft
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip

Envelope -
White envelope
Stamp- flourish from "Snow Swirled" by SU
Ink - elegant eggplant from SU

This card uses another of my favourite papers but unfortunately I bought it so long ago that I don't remember who it's by or what it is called.

Supplies:

Card -
Paper - cream, pale orange card stock(from stash), unknown DSP, whisper white from SU
Tools - 2 step bird punch from SU
Other - White organza ribbon, pearls from Kaisercraft
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip

Envelope -
White envelope
Stamp - vine flourish from "Fresh Cuts" by SU
Ink - topaz by Colourbox

Another mystery DSP! (sorry)  More fussy cutting!

Supplies:
Card -
Paper - kiwi kiss card stock from SU, mystery DSP
Stamp - "Happy Everything" from SU
Ink - kiwi kiss from SU
Other - orange spotty ribbon from American crafts, pale green rhinestones from Kaisercraft
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, dimensionals

Envelope -
White envelope
Stamp - solid flower and dot flower from "Simply Said" by SU
Ink - kiwi kiss from SU (green), orange tombow marker

Last mystery DSP for the day - its is subtly glittered which unfortunately doesn't show in the photo.  I watermarked the cardstock with versamark but it doesn't really show up in the photo either.

Supplies:
Card -
Paper - pink and gold cardstock (from stash), mystery DSP (from stash), whisper white from SU
Stamp - sentiment from "Share a Cup" by SU, "Circle Circus" by SU (for watermarking)
Ink - chocolate chip from SU, dark brown Tombow marker, versamark
Tools - Creative Memories 2 sizes circle maker, Fiskars "threading water" border punch
Other - ribbon from American crafts, white adhesive pearls from SU, circular clip from bargain shop find.

Envelope -
white envelope
Stamp - "Circle Circus" from SU
Ink - pretty in pink by SU

Last (but not least) is my take on a Valentines day card (late I know! - maybe for next year?)  More fussy cutting! The heart is hand cut then layered on red cardstock and hand cut again.  The scallop circle is punched, layered on red cardstock and then hand cut.  The scallop circle piece is not stuck down so it sort of swings free.

Supplies:
Card -
Paper - bright blue and red card stock (from stash), raspberry tart DSP from SU, whisper white card stock from SU.
Stamp - "Love you much" by SU (retired)
Ink - red green and blue Tombow markers ( I hand coloured the stamps then "huffed" them before stamping)
Tools - scallop circle by SU, heart border punch by Fiskars
Other - real red ribbon from SU, red and green rhinestones from Kaisercraft
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, dimensionals.

Envelope -
White envelope
Stamp - heart border from Hero arts (very old)
Ink - red from colourbox (looks more pink in the photo but red in real life)

Happy crafting!
Cheers
Susie
