Today's card uses the set "bring on the cake" from SU. I hand-coloured the stamp and breathed on it before stamping. It is popped up on the pink c/s and then that is popped up on the card front. The scallop border was made using scissors.
Supplies:
Paper - whisper white c/s from SU, pink c/s from stash
Stamp - "bring on the cake" from SU
Ink - various Tombow markers
Tools - large scallop scissors
Other - polka dot ribbon from stash, hot pink and mint rhinestones from Kaisercraft
Adhesive - sticky strip, dimensionals
