This is the last of the frame cards. I have tried to do each one a little differently but the reversing of the sentiment and replacing it with a sticker is the same for all cards.
Card 1 uses a border punch to create a decorative panel in the centre of the card. Suprisingly no sponging on this card. I have been very sponge happy lately! The card base is pink and the DSP is layered down the sides. The border punch is then adhered to cover the join.
Supplies:
Card -
Paper - pale pink and peachy pink c/s from stash, Nit Wit DSP
Tools - Fiskars heart border punch
Other - white frame from stash, sticker from stash, white taffeta ribbon from SU
Adhesive - snail, sticky strip, large zots, glue dots
Card 2 just uses a sticker, a stamped sentiment and the frame. Very CAS.
Supplies:
Card -
Paper - red c/s from stash
Stamp - sentiment from "fresh cuts" by SU
Ink - Tombow marker
Other - stickers from stash, Kaisercraft pearl pearls, frame from stash
Adhesive - large zots
Card 3 focuses on ribbon. It's a lovely organza ribbon from SU. I have used sponging on this card. The sentiment panel was sponged with a light lemon chalk and then the edges with some old olive ink. It was then popped up on some dimensionals on the card front.
Supplies:
Card -
Paper - old olive c/s from SU
Stamp - "fresh cuts" from SU
Ink - old olive from SU, generic chalk
Tools - oval scallop punch from SU, sponge daubers
Other - organza ribbon from SU, frame from stash, sticker from stash, Kaisercraft snow pearls
Adhesive - sticky strip, dimensionals, large zots, glue dots
Well no more frames. I have enjoyed using them and I think if I ever see some more I will snap them up! It's a beautiful sunny Saturday here in Sydney. After all the rain we have been having it makes your blood sing!
Happy crafting!
Cheers
Susie
