This Scrapturday offering comes to you courtesy of Paper Lady (see sidebar to go to her blog). I do regular classes with Karen and I always come away having learnt something new - even if it's just a new way to laugh at myself!!
This card - other than the base - uses all scraps. First you die cut a shape - don't discard the negative! Cover the positive with scraps of co-ordinating paper, then trim. Stick this to the front of your card. Take your negative and carefully tear around the shape to form a frame. Stick this over your paper shape with dimensionals. I used a brad and some of the other ladies used a button to finish off. Totally super and very eco! But wait there's more.......... (scroll down)
The inside of the card features an embossed pocket which holds two tags. One for you to write your message on and one for the recipient to write a message on if they choose to recycle the card onto someone new. How clever. So all your hard work gets at least two outings! Yay for Karen!
Happy crafting!
Cheers
Susie
